Bona Fides Association in cooperation with Convent Centre is looking for Polish participants (aged 18-30) for a new ESC volunteering opportunity “GREEN” LANGUAGES Vol. 5” in Amantea, Southern Italy.

The project
The project aims to use multilingualism as a tool to empower intercultural dialogue. We want to create a physical space where volunteers can meet local people and contribute to building a more tolerant and inclusive society in Amantea.
Project objectives:
• Empower Multilingualism and Intercultural Dialogue through non-formal methodologies
• Promote Erasmus+ opportunities and European values among local young people.
• Promote Environmental Protection and Sustainable Green Practices
The project is organized by The Convent Centre of Language & Art – a cultural association and foreign language school. Convent Centre promotes activities that empower linguistic and cultural competences. Daily courses for all ages are offered, together with workshops for kids and adults that aim to make learning foreign languages more accessible through non-formal methodologies.
Volunteers will be involved in:
• Creating language tandems, workshops and events about multilingualism and environmental protection
• Sharing EU experiences and encouraging local young people to join EU programmes
• Managing social media and reporting
• Developing a Personal Project
You will receive:
• Accommodation with all utilities paid
• €180 per month – Pocket Money
• Travel refund: €309 for standard travel / €417 for Green Travel
• Food allowance: €115 per month
• Henner Health Insurance
At the end of the project:
You will receive the Youthpass and the European Language Passport, stating the skills and knowledge acquired during your volunteering project.
We will also help you write your CV and cover letter.
You will be asked to share your experience in your home country.
